Trust is the basis of my work. Without trust there can be no growth. As we establish a relationship my intention is to create a space where you can start to make sense of all of the thoughts and feelings jumbled up inside. As you gain inner clarity and awareness of what’s going on, we can then address your distress more directly. Along the path I can offer tried and tested tools that will help you shift and transform the direction of your life back on track.
While my offices are located in San Francisco, California and Bozeman, Montana I am currently providing the majority of services online via a secure tele-health platform. In many cases, online therapy has been found to be just as effective as in person sessions. With the ability to have sessions online, there is a flexibility in scheduling, giving us more options to connect and dive into the therapeutic work.

To work with me is to engage in a therapeutic process. We will enter into a partnership as I help you identify the places in your life that are holding you back, offering guidance and perspective to help facilitate growth and change. I am integrally minded and holistically trained, which means that I draw from many tools, theoretical perspectives and modalities. There is no one size fits all with therapy, yet there are evidence based as well as intuitive ways of working. I like drawing from both, combining heart and mind into an easy to understand roadmap for my clients.

My view of the world is wide open. I am a Bay Area native with a passion for learning and a curiosity for understanding the world of our inner lives. I draw from a bicultural and bilingual background (Brazilian/American) and in a previous life worked in government, business and international trade. I have experience being in stressful, fast pace environments and greatly understand the challenging nature of balancing work and life. My own inner-healing journey allows me to teach from a place of both experience and rigorous theoretical training. I have dedicated my life to this work because it is a calling. One I decided to answer!
